Do it anyway

Creating women's health campaigns
that reach all women

Thursday 10 September 2026 | 2PM AEST

For Women’s Health Week, join Ethnolink & Jean Hailes for Women's Health for an engaging and practical conversation about creating women’s health content and campaigns that reach, resonate with and empower women from every background.

Women’s Health Week, led by Jean Hailes for Women’s Health, is Australia’s largest event dedicated to women’s health. It’s a powerful reminder that every woman deserves access to health information that reflects her needs, experiences and community.

This year’s theme, do it anyway, encourages women to take small, meaningful steps towards better health.

To mark Women’s Health Week, Ethnolink is proud to host this free virtual learning event featuring Sarah Halpin, Campaign Lead at Jean Hailes for Women's Health, alongside Ethnolink’s Rachael Adams, Head of Multicultural Communications, and Harriet Vaughan, Head of Account Management.

Together, they’ll explore what it takes to create truly inclusive women’s health communications, and why a one-size-fits-all approach can leave some women behind.

Drawing on real campaigns, projects and community insights from across the women’s health sector, we’ll explore how culture, language and lived experience shape the way women understand, access and engage with health information, and what organisations can do to communicate more effectively.

In this webinar, you’ll learn:

  • How to make women’s health campaigns more culturally inclusive, relevant and accessible.
  • How language, culture and lived experience can influence the way women understand and engage with health information.
  • How to build trust and meaningful connections with women from multicultural and diverse backgrounds.
  • Practical strategies for developing women’s health communications that genuinely resonate with the communities they’re designed to support.

Whether you work in health promotion, communications, community engagement, marketing or public health, you’ll leave with practical insights you can apply to your next campaign.

This event is free to attend. Register today.
