Multicultural Research
A Best Practice Guide
Tuesday 25 November 2025 | 2PM AEDT
How can researchers, communicators, and policymakers ensure their work genuinely reflect the voices of Australia’s multicultural communities?
Join Rachael Adams, Head of Multicultural Communications at Ethnolink, and Monica Greenwood, a researcher with over 25 years of experience, for a practical session designed to demystify multicultural research. Together, they’ll share proven strategies, case studies, and real-world lessons from Ethnolink’s newly ISO-certified multicultural research practice.
Drawing on their extensive experience in inclusive research and communications, this session will unpack what best practice looks like — and how to get it right.
In this webinar, you’ll learn:
- What multicultural research is — and why it matters
- Different research methods and their pros and cons
- How to effectively facilitate research in-language
